Illustrative. Kamisato is not a real town and none of these numbers are real. The shape of the
screen is the idea: you can see who else is going before you decide, and nobody moves unless
enough people do.
This is a concept for how people could move to Japan's emptying towns together instead of
alone. It was worked out in detail by one person over about eighteen months, and it is online
so that anyone can read it, take it, or build it.
Work in progress. This is a living folder, not a finished thing. Documents change, numbers get corrected, and the open questions are open.
